The number of Community Development Workers (CDWs) in Europe has increased a lot in the last years.

Most of them are required to manage projects whereas they are not so familiar with project management methodology.

Most of the funding agencies encourage the Community Development Workers to use the tools of the project cycle management methodology.

Through our project PRODEV, the community Development Workers will be empowered to manage any kind of project much more efficiently and successfully.
